Now I know you might be hoping for change but are you really planning for it?
It is good to focus on the end goal. ‘I want to be more of this or less of that. I want to stop doing this or start doing that.’
So if you are serious about making change start planning now. Change your focus from what you want to achieve to what you need to do to achieve what you want.
Change means action. It needs things to happen. It needs you to do things.
So, focus a little less on what you want (that is hoping) and focus more on what you will be doing (planning and action). If you get the small steps right they will lead you to the end goal.
